If you ordered by credit card, we’ll credit your account within 10 business days and it will show on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. All returns subject to 15% re-stocking fee. Because the fabric is cut and sewn to particular specifications Custom Boardshorts returns subject to 50% re-stocking fee.
Absolutely no garment return or exchanges on damaged, alerted, washed or decorated merchandise.
We recommend sending returns by the U.S. Postal Service, as it usually the least expensive option. Please consider tracking your package, and insuring larger returns. These services are available through the U.S. Postal Service.
Mangrove Monkey does not offer prepaid return shipping labels or envelopes. You are responsible for shipping any returned merchandise to Mangrove Monkey. If you need to return an item because of our error, such as an incorrect or defective item, Mangrove Monkey will reimburse you for the cost of return postage once your return is received.

Mangrove Monkey is not responsible for orders shipped to incomplete, invalid, or undeliverable addresses. Before you complete your order, please make sure that your shipping address is complete and valid.
Additionally, Mangrove Monkey is not responsible for addressees who claim not to have received merchandise when carrier’s shipment tracking suggests otherwise. Mangrove Monkey always incurs the additional expense of insuring and tracking all of its merchandise shipments.
